The urges WILL come and they WILL go, whether you smoke or not.
You will get urges and the urges will also pass. 

The urge to smoke will pass whether you urge it to pass or not. If
you smoke it will pass. If you don't smoke it will pass. So when an urge
comes, just say "I pass"

If you don't smoke, the urge will get smaller.
If you smoke, the urge will grow.
